TLV Fashion moments

Phew… That was exhausting! Tel Aviv Fashion Week is came to to an end and so is four days of intensive catwalking, partying and gallons of free champagne. It was a well organized well and presented event, the Israeli designers really gave it all they got and the collections looked impeccable. Here are the moments that made my four days of so great.

Like in most fashion shows, there was a lot of action backstage where  hair, make up and laughter was provided by Miki Buganim.

The international guests who I had the pleasure to dance with all night long. Phil owner of the SO TO store in Berlin, blogger super star Tina Leung from Hong Kong and a fellow ELLE  girl from Italy Dorana DeCarolis.

Can this guy be any more slick!? The guest of honor/ part organizer Marcello Burlon.

Friends and colleagues who made these few days such a social pleasure.

The highlights of the show, on day one the iconic women of Israel (including Bar Rafaeli in jeans and a t shirt) took it to the catwalk by storm and rocked the house.

A very vibrant show from DODO – Dorit Baror who presented her second collection of fabulous silk kaftans and some very desirable leather suits.

Alon Livne’s show was the biggest surprise of the week, the designer who is usually associated with bridal (and bridesmaids) dresses, designed a very dark collection and left the guests astonished.

The graduates of Shenkar our local fashion design school presented a “fairy tale” themed collection.

Youngest designer to present her collection was Lee Grebenau who gave us a romantic stroll through a cherry blossom garden.

Huge thanks to Natalie Zeriker and Ron Kedmi Academy for the photos!!!
